Terms and Condtions
The following is my current TOS as of 12/3/25. Any purchase through me is an agreement to these terms!

*** BY PURCHASING ANY ANIMAL YOU AGREE TO ALL TIP O' TEXAS GECKOS TERMS AND SERVICES***
Must be 18 or older to purchase, shipping to HUB ONLY no exceptions ( you will need an ID to pick up)
Shipping terms are what is listed on the ad.
Winter Holds are now available as of 12/3/2025 until temps warm up:
****Animals listed may be put on hold for 50% down (before shipping) with the rest due in 60 days. Shipping terms will be stated in the ad. No refunds will be given on any money sent for these holds. By putting an animal on winter hold you acknowledge that I may ship to you after full payment when temperatures are safe to do so. Refusal to allow me to ship when temperatures are safe will result in a ban from my shop with no store credit. ******
Gecko pictures:
Pictures will no longer be edited! I will try and represent true coloration of the gecko to the best of my ability. Note that coloration viewed on your preferred device may vary depending on the type and quality. I always try my best to fully represent my geckos so that you are buying what you are seeing. If the gecko is not fully fired ( some are stubborn) it will be noted in the ad. I can provide additional pictures ( not high res) before purchase as requested when I have the moment to do so. Note that currently these pictures are taken inside with white lights on a desk for the most part. Current temps may allow for pictures taken outside. I want you to be 100% comfortable with your purchase BEFORE it is shipped out. After gecko is shipped out I do not give refunds for what you may think is an inaccurate representation. Any questions at all please feel free to reach out to me!
Exports:
You must have your own exporter when contacting me about sending out geckos to other countries. I do not have my own personal contacts or preferences. You must contact me at least a week ahead of shipping out, anything later then that there is a big chance I will not have time to send out your gecko(s). I require your exporters contact info ( example Facebook link, Instagram link, or webpage) so I can reach out to them and make sure the animal being sent out is legal to get in. This may be waved if I have used the exporter before. After payment please send me the information the exporter will need, this is usually a long set of instructions so I know when the drop off is and how to arrange this correctly. As soon as the gecko is shipped out from my hands and is picked up, I need to know if there are any problems the day of pickup. After that I am not responsible for a gecko that is no longer in my care before it is exported to your country. LOA does not apply to exports.
PAYMENTS
Payment plans are available when noted, by request, and may vary. I will send you your payment plans terms and a reminders to help keep track, but ultimately it is your responsibility per my terms to make sure you send payments on time! If for some reason you can not complete your payment plan before the final date please reach out to me.
All payments are nonrefundable and can not be transferred to another animal, so make sure you are serious before sending payment. Any money sent will be kept as a store credit toward a future purchases as documented in your Morph market account messages should you not be able to complete your payment plan. No expectations! If something happens to a gecko in my care, it will be replaced with a equal valued animal or store credit will be given.
PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED WITH ZELLE & PAYPAL FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
Once payment has been received in full I will ask for your Legal Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email Address.
*** NOTE: Shipping to hub only! ***
I ship Fedex Priority Overnight when overnight Mondays through Wed HUB HOLD ONLY as the weather permits usually 35F - 95F . I can hold at the hub for pickup as long as it is an official Fedex Shipping Center! I reserve the right to not ship if I do not feel comfortable with present circumstances, my priority will always be the safety of the animal. Phase 22s or heat packs will be used for safer packaging as needed!
I will get with you ahead of time to schedule said delivery. I send tracking the day of and drop off at around 7pm central time ( this may be a little later due to traffic). I will message you when I drop off.
*** PLEASE NOTE ONE DAY DELAYS ARE TYPICAL AND GECKOS WILL BE PACKED FOR THAT POSSIBLE EVENT. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS! ***
Communication is very important to me. I will not tolerate ghosting after payment! If I can not get a hold of you to ship when shipping temps are safe after 30 days, animals will be relisted and your payment will be forfeited ( all payments are nonrefundable at all times). Please let me know if an emergency comes up, it takes two seconds to send a quick message! It can be from you or someone else as long as I know what's up. I will message you to let you know when this timer goes into action.
In the very rare event that you decide you need to sell your gecko due to changing circumstances ( I understand things happen) and the gecko is still in my care, I can not ship to someone else. I can ship to you and you can use the box it came in to ship to whoever you are doing business with. I do recommend giving it a little time after it comes in to rest before shipping out again as shipping can cause stress to the animal.
LOCAL PICK UPS
Local pick up is available at Walmart 7239 SW Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 78242! Payment must be sent before pickup, this is to discourage no shows ( Since no label will be made). If you send as good/ services your payment will be refunded to you. After payment we can arrange a meet up time.
LIVE ON ARRIVAL POLICY
Please message me to let me know how the animal is doing within two hours of pick up, or your Live On Arrival will be voided. Hub pickups must be picked up the day they get in for LOA.
All my geckos are well established and sent healthy, but on the rare chance it is dead on arrival, I will need you to contact me within an two hours of pickup. I will need photos and on a case by case basis might request it to be shipped back to me at no cost to you. It will be replaced with an equal valued animal (no refunds will be given) or store credit.
Dropped Tails are rare when shipped but can happen! This does not hurt the gecko and will not effect breeding or health. For this reason I am not responsible for dropped tails.
